Private Label e-commerce platform

Overview

Private Label is an e-commerce SaaS platform that lets businesses sell directly or through distributor networks — each distributor gets a personalized storefront connected to the central brand. The platform covers product and catalog management, subscriptions and one-time purchases, wholesale selling, built-in customer chat, and analytics. It has separate web and mobile versions — I'm part of the project build and work on both. On the web side, the admin dashboard, storefront, and marketing site live together in one monorepo, with i18n.

Challenge

The distributor model was the hard part: every partner needs their own storefront that feels like theirs, while inventory, products, and reporting stay connected to the central brand. Structuring the monorepo so the dashboard, storefront, and marketing site share code without stepping on each other — across multiple languages — required disciplined architecture.
