Overview

HitchAir is a luxury private-jet booking platform. It covers the full booking flow — from browsing available flights to private charter — alongside concierge services and premium hospitality partnerships with brands such as Four Seasons and Waldorf Astoria.

Challenge

A product aimed at luxury travellers has to feel premium at every step, so the main challenge was pairing a polished, high-end interface with a booking flow that stays simple and reliable. Coordinating flight booking, charter requests, and concierge/hospitality offerings in one coherent experience required careful structuring of the app's flows.
