Overview

eReklama is a classifieds and deals marketplace built for the Balkan market. Beyond listings, it layers in engagement mechanics — contests, loyalty programs, QR-code redemption, and referral incentives — and is fully localized for Serbian and Croatian audiences.

Challenge

The challenge was combining several engagement systems — contests, loyalty points, QR redemption, referrals — into one app without it feeling cluttered, while keeping the core classifieds experience fast and simple. Localizing content and flows for the regional market added another layer to get right.
